My boyfriend and I met on HC in December 2005 (we recently celebrated our 1 year anniversary), and we are both so happy and grateful we found each other. We have been living in San Antonio for about the past 6 months (yea San Antonio Connect! Ha!) and I'm the happiest I've ever been in my life. :)

"Living the Fairytale!"

Nearly 10 months ago, My (now) wife and I met on HoustonConnect.com.  We sent you an email when we got engaged.  Well... the wedding went off without a hitch, and we're now happily married.

Well... guess what... the magazine "Weddings In Houston" has decided to do a story on us and will be having us featured in their July 2005 edition.  Obviously, part of the story will include us meeting on HoustonConnect.com.

Our first date was June 26th, 2004.  What was supposed to be a simple lunch date turned into a 12 hour date!  Ten days later, we decided to give it a shot, and see where the relationship would lead.  Nearly 3 months later on September 19th, 2004, we got engaged!  Now, we're happy to say that as of March 13th, 2005, we're husband and wife, and without a doubt - we're living the fairytale.  Ladies - don't give up and don't settle... your Prince is out there somewhere.  Gentlemen... never settle, and always treat her like your Princess!

I e-winked the man of my dreams in May of 2004 and met him the following month. All we both can say is WOW!!! We never really thought just a simple e-wink and great conversations would take us this far and we would end up husband and wife. I have truly found my soulmate and now we know what it feels like to be blissfully in love, we have both been on cloud nine since the day we met, there was a chemistry since the first night we looked into each other's eyes and said goodnight, our hearts never skipped a beat and we are happily married as of June 18th, 2005, where we got married in VEGAS BABY YEAH!!!!

Ken and I married this past week on December 23, 2005 on a romantic stretch of beach on Grand Cayman Island in the British West Indies. Our honeymoon was beautiful, gorgeous, romantic, heavenly....did I mention the most beautiful place that I've ever seen. I can't help but to share my joy with you as these moments have been the happiest of my life with the exception of the birth of my lovely daughter.

Now that we have a wedding, anniversary, to celebrate, we will find each holiday season even more memorable than the last. Thank you for your website which has allowed us the opportunity to meet. We won't ever forget this experience.

We've been dating for the past five months, and are making plans for a wedding in Mexico this year!

He's the most wonderful man that I've ever met and has a very handsome and charming young son, Jeremy, age 10. Jeremy compliments my little girl, Kelsey, age 7, very well. The kids are great together and Ken and I are great together. We finally have the happy family that we've always wanted, and we owe it to HoustonConnect.com.

I, Gerald (WoodlandsGuy) contacted Shellie (Shell528), on June 18. After less than 2 weeks of e-mailing and talking, we decided to meet for Dinner and a few Drinks. From that first night, the Friendship, Romance and Love has only become stronger between us, as the days go on.
