- Is HoustonConnect.com really free?
Yes! All communication between all members on HC is free. This includes Contacting Members, sending eWinks, Instant Messenger, Chat Rooms, HC Forums, HC Blogs, etc. Every single HC member can search and contact all other members!
- I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click on the Forgot your Password link from the homepage and enter your email address. HoustonConnect.com will automatically send you an email with your login information.
- How do I change my password?
You will be prompted to change your password when you first log in. Whenever you want to change it in the future, please visit the member services page and click on "change my password".
- How many photos can I upload?
31. One photo will be your primary photo and up to 30 photos in your own HC Photo Album. We encourage all our members to upload as many photos as possible and get noticed!
- Is my information private?
Yes. Click here to review our privacy policy.
- Is my email address private?
Yes. We do not give or sell your email address.
- Can you give me a couple of “insider” tips to enhance my HC experience?
Sure! Log in often and save your searches. Logging in will keep your profile active and you will be very visible. Saving searches will allow you to easily perform advanced searches with one click. Once you enter your advanced search criteria, name your search and save it. You may save up to ten searches.
- Does HoustonConnect.com have local events for Singles?
Yes. We list all our events in our HC Events Calendar. All our members are encouraged to attend and invite their friends.
- Is there a limit to the number of contacts I can send?
Yes, 99 per day. We have this limit for security purposes.
